At S.S. PLATINUM we strive to be the best in customer service and stay true to our customers' needs. We have implemented a very customer friendly BUY BACK as under :

Notes - Return shipping and insurance charges will be borne by customer.
Refund will be made by any mode after mutual consent, within 15 working days from receipt of the jewelry parcel.
The Jewelry should be accompanied with our certification.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If an order is cancelled before it is shipped by us, we will make the refund for the amount paid to the same mode of payment within three working days.
2. Any order that is cancelled after it has been shipped by us, we will make the refund for the amount due within two weeks of receiving the products back at office and verifying that it is undamaged. Refund will be made by any mode after mutual consent. Return shipping and insurance charges will be borne by customer.
3. Cancellations & Returns for Specially Customised & Engraved Orders will not be accepted.
4. For Exchange, we can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original good condition and with the certification and supporting original original bill/invoice.
   • Products should not show signs of wear and should not have been engraved, altered, resized.

Shipping and insurance charges will be borne by customer.
